Ryan Oxendine, alongside Bill Hopkins Jr. of Hopkins Law Firm in Pawley’s Island, won a $300,000 settlement against the South Carolina Department of Transportation for a North Carolina woman who tragically lost her legs in a motorcycle crash in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Notably, according to SC Lawyer’s Weekly, the $300,000 settlement is the maximum amount allowed under the state’s Tort Claims Act.
